We are located on beautiful Oak Island, NC. We service the entire Oak Island area, providing convenient delivery and pickup right to your doorstep.
Do parking passes come with the golf carts?

Yes, we provide parking passes on all of our golf carts!  You can park freely in paid parking areas other than spots labeled for “Residents Only”.  

What types of golf carts do you rent?

We offer a variety of golf carts, including both 4-seater and 6-seater electric carts, to fit your family or group size. All our carts are street-legal and equipped with the latest safety features.

Yes, all our golf carts are street-legal on Oak Island. They are equipped with headlights, taillights, turn signals, and seat belts for your safety.

Rental Details

What are the rental periods available?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. Whether you’re here for a day or an extended stay, we have flexible options to meet your needs.
How do I book a golf cart rental?

You can easily book a cart through our website’s booking system or by giving us a call. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Do you deliver and pick up the carts?

Yes, delivery and pickup are included in your rental. We will bring the cart to your location and pick it up when your rental period ends.

Can I request specific delivery and pickup times?

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred times! After booking, we’ll confirm the delivery and pickup details with you to ensure they fit your schedule.

Usage and Safety

Do I need a driver’s license to operate a golf cart?
Yes, drivers must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old to operate our carts.
Where can I drive the golf cart on Oak Island?

You can drive on any public street with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. Golf carts are not permitted on highways or major roads with higher speed limits. Always adhere to local traffic laws.

Can the golf cart be driven on the beach?

No, driving golf carts on the sand or beach is prohibited. However, you can park nearby and easily walk to the beach from there.

Policies and Payment

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 10 days and 48 hours may incur a 40% of the bookings cancellation fee. Any cancellation under 48 hours may not receive a refund. Please refer to our policy page for full details
Do you require a security deposit?

No, a refundable security deposit is not required at the time of booking. We do reserve the right to charge the card on file to cover any damages incurred during your rental period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Payments can be made through our secure online portal or by phone.

Are pets allowed on the golf carts?

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Please ensure pets are securely seated and do not cause any damage to the cart. We recommend flipping the rear seat down (if equipped) for your furry friends.

Maintenance and Emergencies

What should I do if the golf cart breaks down?
If you experience any issues, please call us immediately. We have a team ready to assist with repairs or provide a replacement cart if needed.
Do the carts need to be recharged during the rental period?

Yes, we’ll provide you with a charger, and instructions on recharging are easy to follow. Carts can typically run all day on a full charge, depending on usage. We suggest plugging in the cart every time you return even for just a short period of time to maximize its usage. Carts must also be fully charged at the time of pickup.
